  1. Mmmmmm. Pear and ginger sound like a very yummmmmy combination! And, even if I’m not a big fan of chocolate desserts, it sounds like the perfect third ingredient.

    I expect some warm brandy with that now….

  2. Chocolate was only a light canvas of melted dark chocolate on top of the ginger&honey glazing, at the end…
    No brandy that I remember, but we did have a kettle-full of green tea to go with and rum arrangé to cap the night 🙂
