6am. Place de la Bastille
- I could totally go for some coffee now.
- Oooooh… They serve steaks with Roquefort sauce !
- It’s 6am.
- There’s no bad time for steak.
- You order it, you eat it. Ooooooh they have pizzas too !

I think ‘Astérix’, in Akasaka, served a decent one (not 100% sure about the entrecôte roquefort, but they did have onion soup)… Otherwise you always have the option of getting ahold of some roquefort (there are a couple stores that’ll sell it to you for slightly less than the price of gold) and ribeye steaks at Hanamasa. I was never better at cooking French food than when I lived in Tokyo :)
