Actually, cross that, never have <em>any<\/em> piece of furniture rising over 3 feet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Update:<\/strong> According to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yomiuri.co.jp\/main\/news\/20050216it02.htm\">news report<\/a>, it went up to a 5 (Japanese scale) in the Ibaraki area.
