Conversation went something like this:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n<strong>Moving Company Guy:<\/strong> <em>[taps random numbers on pocket calculator]<\/em> Hmnn, let&#8217;s see&#8230; 20 boxes&#8230; Fridge&#8230; Guitar&#8230; Tokyo&#8217;s 23 wards&#8230; June&#8230; Migratory speed of African swallow&#8230; How about \u00a580,000?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dave the Negotiator:<\/strong> OK&#8230; huh&#8230; <em>OtherMovingCompany Inc.<\/em> gave me a <s>very dodgy, phone-only<\/s> quote of \u00a560,000 <s>that I really do not trust one bit<\/s>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Moving Company Guy:<\/strong> I see&#8230; err&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dave the Negotiator:<\/strong> <em>[prays very hard for any quote south of \u00a570,000.
