This is apparently courtesy of the neighbourhood&#8217;s shopkeeper association. Only small catch is that the wifi is password-protected<sup class=\"modern-footnotes-footnote \" data-mfn=\"1\" data-mfn-post-scope=\"00000000000002d40000000000000000_4072\"><a href=\"javascript:void(0)\"  role=\"button\" aria-pressed=\"false\" aria-describedby=\"mfn-content-00000000000002d40000000000000000_4072-1\">1<\/a><\/sup><span id=\"mfn-content-00000000000002d40000000000000000_4072-1\" role=\"tooltip\" class=\"modern-footnotes-footnote__note\" tabindex=\"0\" data-mfn=\"1\">I have no doubt there is a suitably pointless bureaucratic reason for that.<\/span>&#8230; and nobody seems to have realised that the primary target for such an offer (foreign tourists without 3G cell phones and limitless data plans) might have a hard time reading the katakana spelling of &#8220;password&#8221; on the banners.
