As for the CPE, funny how it's the same logic of "aided jobs" (CPE, "smic jeunes", "emplois jeunes")... that is practised by both left and right wing governements, the only difference being that the left finances that kind of job by exisiting taxes and the right finances those jobs by diminishing the workers' salaries ("smic jeunes") or job security("CPE"), which amounts to raising a new tax on the people who get these jobs (who often have low revenues).
