		<description>Regarding the legislative maze of "religious hatred" vs "religious disrespect" etc. it seems to me that things could be made much clearer by a single rule: calling for *physical* violence against populations singled by their religion, sexual preferences, appartenance to the UMP etc. = bad, all the rest = good.

As for the CPE, funny how it's the same logic of "aided jobs" (CPE, "smic jeunes", "emplois jeunes")... that is practised by both left and right wing governements, the only difference being that the left finances that kind of job by exisiting taxes and the right finances those jobs by diminishing the workers' salaries ("smic jeunes") or job security("CPE"), which amounts to raising a new tax on the people who get these jobs (who often have low revenues). And after that the right wonders why it lacks popularity among workers :)</description>
