		<description>In retrospect, I'm glad that I decided to be lazy and just hang out around my neighborhood instead of spending the day out &#38; about as I had originally planned.  There weren't any rioters or looters in my area either, even at the Korean restaurant next door to my apartment.  I guess it wasn't a big enough earthquake for that.</description>

		<description>To be fair, it wasn't that bad. Quite disappointing actually... I was naturally expecting to see hordes of Korean and other gaijins, looting stores and raping women, as Ishihara assured us would happen in such circumstances.

Interestingly enough, subway was perfectly fine, and apart from the higher than usual [yet perfectly orderly] crowd on the Yamanote, nothing was really much different...</description>
